You know, like marinating yourself in herbs and spices like some cosmic chicken ready for the oven, all while dancing under the stars at midnight like you’re auditioning for a supernatural dance-off. Oh, and don’t forget to be super (like, REALLY super) crystal clear about what you want to manifest. Just make sure you banish all negative thoughts, channel nothing but pure love and light, and maintain this zen state for seven whole days straight, because the portal closes faster than your willpower around a cheesy pizza. Easy, right?

Here’s the tea: some people think the Lion’s Gate Portal is more about us humans fiddling with calendars than any real cosmic magic. They point out that its timing conveniently lands near big calendar shake-ups, like switching from the Julian to Gregorian system or the Mayan calendar’s grand finale – therefore making the whole portal feel like an arbitrary date on a human-made schedule. Not an actual celestial event. Basically, they say since calendars are just our way of tracking time, linking spiritual power to those dates sounds more like clever marketing than genuine star-aligned energy.

Well, it’s a bit more complex than that. The truth is arbitrary and what truth is differs from person to person. I consider energy to be my first language over english and I’ve certainly felt a big shift during this portal of time. For me, it hasn’t peaked on the 8th, but rather on the 7th. That’s my personal tune in to the energy around at this time. Is this a cumulative buildup of the collective energy of positivity and hype leading up to this time? There could certainly be an element to that. But the deeply attuned spiritual soul in me feels in my bones that it’s much deeper than just that.
- WHAT MANIFESTATION RITUAL DO I FOLLOW DURING THE LION'S GATE PORTAL?
Well, I think the more important question here is what feels right to you? What rituals are you being called to? You are a sovereign empowered, being. The rituals you’re seeing online and in socials are suggestions. They likely work for the people sharing them – but does it actually work for you?
I can tell you that if you can’t get the basics of manifestation right, then you can do the ritual cha-cha through this whole portal period and manifest absolutely nothing.
Real manifestation comes with having gratitude for what you have in your life. And you have to mean it. You can’t fake this shit. The Universe knows it’s not giving you more if you can’t be grateful for what you already have.
Then, you need clarity around what you want to attract into your life. It needs to be believable. Don’t go trying to manifest a billion dollars if you feel a contraction in your body when you even think about that amount of money. If your nervous system and your request are incongruent, the Universe is not going to deliver.
If you can bring your body, mind, and soul into a place of gratitude and calm (whether through meditation, energy work, or quiet reflection) you’re already laying down a solid foundation. Here’s something I’ve done that you might want to try: script from your future self. Write a letter from you, a few months down the line, to your current self, detailing all the amazing things you’ve manifested. Make sure the details and timeline feel clear and believable to you.
When it comes down to it, the Lion’s Gate Portal isn’t some ritual checklist or a one-size-fits-all spell. It’s a calling. A whispered invitation to you to tune deep into your own rhythm, your own truth, your own wild energy. So drop the pressure, silence the noise, and forget about marinating yourself in crystals and essential oils or or dancing wildly to drumbeats like you’re trying out for a shamanic talent show (unless that’s your vibe, then go for it). Manifestation isn’t some flashy magic trick you perform; it’s a vibration you live and breathe. Own your power, get crystal clear, cradle gratitude in your bones, and watch the universe bend and bow in response…sometimes in ways that catch you completely off guard.
