I’ve always been drawn to the mysteries of the universe, but it wasn’t until I stepped onto my own spiritual path that I truly understood the power of energy and healing. Like many of the women I work with, I’ve experienced the seasons of loss, uncertainty, disconnection and struggle.
My personal journey of awakening led me to become an Intuitive Reiki Master and Teacher, Certified Advanced Soul Realignment® Practitioner, Life Coach, and Spirit Channeler. Through this, I discovered my purpose: helping women like you feel less anxious and more empowered to create the lives you want.
I offer energy healing and Reiki in the Sutherland Shire and online, as well as Akashic Record readings and past life regressions for those seeking deeper insight into their soul's path.

My secret sauce is a combination of psychology, coaching and a whole load of spirituality. I’m an expert at using Universal wisdom to get right to the core of your blocks and help you shift quickly with energy work and spiritual practices.
